摘    要:企业必须重视战略性人力资源管理,主张人力资源管理与企业战略结合起来,重视依据企业发展战略的需求来积极协调员工的工作动机和有效实施人员配置,寻求员工、工作、技术和环境之间的更佳配合,既促进组织健康发展,又能使组织相关方共同发展,共享成果。

Abstract:The enterprise must attach importance to the human resources management.The human resources management is proposed to combine with the enterprise stratagem.The working motivation of the personnel and the effective personnel organization should be coordinated actively according to the requirement of the enterprise development stratagem.To seek for the better cooperation between the personnel,the working,the technology and the environment.Thus it can lead the organization to develop healthily;the involved sides to develop together and share the achievement.
