| Abstract: | The enterprise must attach importance to the human resources management.The human resources management is proposed to combine with the enterprise stratagem.The working motivation of the personnel and the effective personnel organization should be coordinated actively according to the requirement of the enterprise development stratagem.To seek for the better cooperation between the personnel,the working,the technology and the environment.Thus it can lead the organization to develop healthily;the involved sides to develop together and share the achievement. |
