摘    要:“一桩三用”技术是利用排桩围护体系,除在基坑开挖过程中将其作为挡土结构外,还作为建筑物工程桩承担上部结构荷载或作为地下室抗浮桩,同时通过桩墙合一技术使排桩与地下室外墙形成复合结构,共同抵抗水土压力。不仅可节约大量费用,且由围护桩与地下室外墙组成的组合结构有利于减小墙体开裂,可提高抗渗性能。

Abstract:One pile with three uses" technology is to make useof row pile exterior protecting system not only as retaining structure inthe process of foundation excavation, but also as engineering pilebearing upper structure load or float resisting pile in basement. In themeanwhile, by integrating pile with wall, row pile and exterior wall arecombined into composite structure to resist earth pressure. Not onlycan it save cost a lot, but also the composite structure is beneficial topreventing wall crack and can thus improve its impermeability.
