| 摘 要： | 阀门手工堆焊操作不当,会出现多种影响堆焊质量的缺陷。焊前的准备及制定合理可靠的焊接工艺规范可以基本保证焊接质量。而为了防止气孔、夹渣、裂纹、疏松及堆焊硬度不均等问题,还分别制定了特殊的操作规范避免缺陷的出现。

| Abstract: | If hand overlay process for valves is inappropriate,there will be various defects which decrease the weld quality.The preparation before welding process and the building appropriate and reliable welding process regulation can guarantee the weld quality fundamentally.But,some special operational regulations are needed to protect the defects such as cavity,residue,crack and non-homogeneous hardness in overlay. |
