| 摘 要： | 当今社会已进入信息时代，网络应用蓬勃发展，人们日常工作生活对计算机信息系统的依赖性很强，因此产生的信息泄密所致后果的严重性超乎想象。文中通过研究计算机信息系统的电磁泄漏的机理，特别是具体分析了计算机及其外部设备的信息电磁泄漏的基本原理，得出电磁泄露可能带来信息泄密隐患的结论，并讨论了一些防止计算机信息系统电磁泄漏的实用技术和有效方法，介绍了TEMPEST技术及其发展情况。相信随着各类计算机信息系统设备在各个领域的普遍应用，计算机信息系统电磁泄漏泄密的问题将会越来越得到重视，防电磁泄漏的技术手段将会不断快速发展。
