| 摘 要： | 分析了广东省电力企业以公文流转为核心内容的第二代办公自动化系统的现状，提出了第三代办公自动化系统应该由工作流处理系统、知识管理系统、信息传递系统、信息发布系统等组成。Lotus公司近期发布的Domino/Notes R5是一个较完善的知识管理基础平台，基于这个平台，可以构建完整的知识管理系统，高效率地从各种信息资源中挖掘出知识，从而提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the current situation of 2 nd generation of OA system of Guangdong electric power whose main part is used to transmit and exchange official documents, and puts forward that 3 rd generation of OA System should be made up of Work flowing system, Knowledge Management system, Information Transmission system, Information Issuing system, etc. Domino/notes R5 that Lotus Development Corporation issued recently is a more perfect Knowledge Management platform, on which the preferable Knowledge Management system will be developed to abstract knowledge from various kinds of information resources in the high efficiency, thus improving working efficiency. |
