高频响大行程微位移机构的研究

摘    要:介绍了高频响大行程微位移机构研究的背影,结构特点,闭环系统的设计,以及在非圆截面零件数控车削中的应用。解决高频响与大行程之间的矛盾是设计微进给装置的关键。笔者采用永磁动圈式直线电机的方式成功地解决了这一矛盾,并在此基础上采用先进的控制策略构成闭环系统,解决了高精度跟踪正弦信号的问题。

Abstract:This paper includes the background of the research on the micro-motion machine with high frequency and long travel, the structure and characteristics of the machine, design of the closed loop system with feedback characteristics and the NC turning system for the workpiece with noncircular cross section. The key problem of designing the micro-motion machine is to solve the contradiction between high frequency and long travel. This paper uses the structure of permanent magnet and moving winding to solve the contradiction successfully. Based on this micro-motion machine, the paper uses advanced control method to design the closed loop system with feedback characteristics and the NC turning system for the workpiece with noncircular cross section. This NC turning system has passed the experimental test of working for 72 hours without interrupt in a factory. Now it has turned into a commercial product.
