摘    要:在面齿轮的加工中,面齿轮在内径处易产生根切,而在外径处易产生齿顶变尖现象,因此面齿轮的齿宽受到了限制。根据产生根切与齿顶变尖的条件,给出了任意轴交角下齿宽设计的公式,一义了两个无量纳参数,即最小内米径系数和最大外半径系数,来表示齿宽的设计范围。给出了有关的计算结果,讨论了轴交角,齿轮比和刀具齿数对面齿轮齿宽的影响。

Abstract:In the generation of a face gear by a shaper, there is the possibility of undercutting in the dedendum area of inner diameter and the pointing of the teeth in the addendun area of outer diameter. Therefore, the face-width of the face gear is limited. According to the conditions of undercutting and pointing, the formulae of minimum inner diameter and maximum outer diameter are derived for the shaft angle face gear . And, the definition is made for two unitless parameters, minimum inner radius coefficient and maximum outer radius coefficient, which determinate the range of face-width. The calculation results are given and the discussion is made for the effect of shaft angle, gear ratio and shaper number on the face-width of a face gear.
