摘    要:基于快速原型的金属模具制造技术是利用RP数字化制造特点的现代制造技术。为了掌握这种新的制造技术的规律,首先研究现代成形学中的成形能量场,成形边界模型及误差链与RP技术的关系,介绍最新的基于RP的早期,模具快速制造系统,并以大型金属模具的快速制造为例,说明这个快速制造系统具体应用。

Abstract:Early stage, multi-return loop feedback system is a new design and manufacturing concept. It is used in developing rapid mold manufacturing system based on rapid prototypes. The numerated manufacturing of RP technology is also used for this system. In order to understand the characteristics of this system, concepts of forming energy field, forming boundary and error chain are established and introduced in RP research. The rapid manufacturing of the dies of automobile deck parts is the best example for applying this new system.
