| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了家具租赁的定义及国外家具租赁业的发展状况,通过对北京市多家家具租赁公司的实际调研,针对目前我国家具租赁行业中的家具来源、租赁对象、租赁流程、租赁方式等方面进行了介绍,并采用SWOT分析法对家具租赁公司及整个家具租赁市场进行分析,根据分析最终提出了切合实际的七点建设性意见,希望对未来中国家具租赁行业的研究与发展提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the definition of furniture rental industry and the condition of this industry both at home and aboard, and makes introduction through the aspects on furniture rental industry’s source of rental furniture, renting objects, the process of furniture renting nowadays in our country, based on the practice research about furniture rental companies in Beijing.Then uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the whole situation of furniture rental companies and the furniture rental market, and finally put forward seven constructive opinions, hoping for provide some reference to the future of Chinese furniture rental industry’s research and development. |
