| 摘 要： | 工时定额的制定和管理是企业管理的基础,制定模具设计工时定额对于模具设计进度的计划与控制,工程考核,提高模具设计效率等有着重要的意义。在深入调查和分析模具设计特征的基础上,给出了用工时定额度量模具设计工作量的思路,并给出了以类推比较法制定工时定额公式的方法,本方法具有实用性强,制定快捷,使用简便的优点。

| Abstract: | The establishment and management of man-hour quota is a basic work for industrial management.The establishment of man-hour quota for die & mould design is important for the control of manufacturing,the examination of engineering and the raise of design efficiency.A method for formulating the man-hour quota by using analogism comparison technique was proposed after an analysis on the characteristic of die & mould design. |
