| Abstract: | The cost of electric power transformation project in Beijing area has been rising rapidly in recent years.The fixed assets investment of Beijing Electric Power Corporation(BEPC) increase a lot.In order to enhance the investment management of power transformation project of BEPC,to predominate the cost variation rule of power transformation project,through thoroughly analyze the main causes of cost increase and diversity,so as to realize the cost control and improvement of investment efficiency. |
