摘    要:为缩短产品开发周期,降低成本及提高产品质量,越来越多的企业使用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术进行工艺参数优化。本文首先介绍利用传统方法设计注塑模具和利用CAE技术设计注塑模具的特点和差异,从中可以看出CAE技术的优越性。然后主要介绍MoldFlow和Plastic Advisor两种cAE软件的特点及应用。最后以一个简单的实例说明MoldFlow和Plastic Advisor在对制件最佳浇口位置选择上的应用。

Abstract:In order to reduce the development cycle and cost of products and improve the quality,the computer aided engineering(CAE) technology is being used more and more enterprises to optimize process parameters.In the paper,character and difference of injection mold design by traditional approach and by CAE technology are introduced,and the advantage of CAE technology is showed. Then character and application of MoldFlow and Plastic Advisor are discussed. At last,a simple example is accounted for the application on selecting optimal gate position with MoldFlow and Plastic Advisor.
