Abstract:Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was applied to the determination of trace elements such as Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, As, Se, Zn, Ba and Fe in groundwater and the interferential effect was corrected by the in-line addition of internal standards. The detection limits of those elements are 0.002 - 0.179 μg/L, the recovery rates are 96.50 % - 103.10 %, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 2.31%.
