摘    要:该文在现有的各种除氟方法研究基础上,探索出电厂脱硫废水降氟的最有效的方法,即采用化学沉淀法/混凝法来去除电厂脱硫废水中氟化物。通过一系列条件选择试验,确定了适宜沉淀剂为Ca(OH)2、适宜混凝剂为Al(2SO4)3,最佳Ca/F为1∶1.5、最佳Al/F为3∶2。还以0.1%聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为助凝剂做探讨试验,找出进一步深度处理氟化物适宜的VPAM。结果表明:该除氟体系可将含氟140~200 mg/L的废水降至10 mg/L以下,符合我国工业废水排放标准(GB 8978—1996)。

Abstract:The most effective way for removing fluoride in desulphurization waste water in power plants was discussed in this paper on the basis of various fluoride removal methods. Chemical precipitation/coagulation was recommended. The results indicate that the feasible precipitant and coagulant are Ca(OH)2 and A12(SO4)3, respectively. The optimal Ca/F and A1/F are 1 : 1.5 and 3 : 2, respective- ly. The further experiment was carried out by coagulant aid (0.1% polyaerylamide) and the optimal VpAM was studied. More experimen- tal results reveal removing fluoride system can reduce the fluoride concentration from 140-200 mg/L to less than 10 mg/L in waste water, which meets the industrial waste water discharge standards (GB 8978--1996).
