摘    要:生产过程中的侵蚀损毁和烤窑维修过程中的人为损害是影响玻璃池窑碹顶安全的主要因素。高温冲刷、碱蒸气侵蚀和热冲击将导致碹顶出现冲刷侵蚀、硅砖侵蚀、鼠洞、开裂和剥落,降低了其结构强度;不正确的拉条张力调整也将导致碹顶塌陷、下沉或错位,威胁其安全。基于振动频率法开发的碹顶拉条张力测试系统可以对碹顶侵蚀程度进行评估,也可以给拉条的张力调整提供准确度量,保障碹顶安全。该测试系统以河南安彩集团的两个典型熔窑为对象进行了碹顶安全状况试验研究。

Abstract:Corrosion during the furnace running and manmade damage during the furnace heating up and maintenances are the main dangerous factors for the glass furnace crown.High temperature gas scour,alkalescent steam attack,and thermal shock will cause the flush corrosion,silica brick corrosion,mousehole,crack and flake of crown.The structural intension of crown will be reduced.Meanwhile,incorrect tie rod adjustment will lead to settlement,malposition or even collapse of crown.A new developed crown tie rod tension test system based on the principle of vibration frequency method can evaluate the crown corrosion degree.It also provides a precise measurement for tie rod adjustment to avoid the man-made damage.This test system was used on two typical glass furnaces of Henan Ancai Group Co.,Ltd to research their safety status.
