摘    要:对La-Mg-Ni系(PuNi3型)La0.7Mg0.3Ni2.55-xCo0.45Cux(x=0,0.2)贮氢合金进行了快淬处理,研究了快淬工艺对合金结构及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:合金主要由(La,Mg)Ni3相、LaNi5相以及少量的LaNi2相组成,各相的量与淬速有关。当x=0.2时,淬速从0 m/s增加到30 m/s,合金的放电容量从390 mAh/g下降到350 mAh/g,循环寿命从82次提高到116次,但快淬工艺对La-Mg-Ni系贮氢合金循环寿命的提高非常有限。

Abstract:The La-Mg-Ni system(PuNi_3-type)La_(0.7)Mg_(0.3)Ni_(2.55-x)Co_(0.45)Cu_x(x=0,0.2) hydrogen storage alloys were treated by rapid quenching treatment.The effects of rapid quenching technology on the structure and electrochemical performance of the alloys were investigated.The results showed that the alloys were composed of(La,Mg)Ni_3 phase,LaNi_5 phase and a small amount of LaNi_2 phase.The relative amount of each phase in the alloys depended on the quenching rate.When x=0.2,the quenching rate increased from 0 m/s to 30 m/s,the discharge capacity of the alloys decreased from 390 mAh/g to 350 mAh/g,the cycle life of the alloys was enhanced from 82 cycles to 116 cycles.But the improvement of the rapid quenching technology on the cycle life of La-Mg-Ni system hydrogen storage alloys was very limited.
