新型全预制装配式RC楼盖平面内力学特征研究

摘    要:提出了一种工业化程度高的新型全预制装配式RC楼盖体系,介绍了其构造特点。预制装配式楼盖受力复杂,且其平面内力学特征对整个结构体系的抗震性能影响巨大。引入了预制装配式楼盖平面内刚度的计算方法,并对新型楼盖的平面内刚度进行了评价。采用基于反应谱理论的振型分析和数值分析相结合的方法对新型楼盖进行了空间结构分析,研究了该新型楼盖的平面内变形特征和破坏模式。在新型楼盖平面内力学特征研究的基础上,讨论了新型楼盖合理的设计方法。结果表明:新型楼盖构造形式能有效地提高预制装配式楼盖的整体性和平面内刚度,模型楼盖在仿8度地震烈度水平荷载作用下,平面内相对挠度较小;用现行规范设计新型楼盖结构存在较大偏差,建议采用考虑楼盖真实刚度的空间振动模型或修正的刚性假定简化方法进行新型楼盖结构的抗震验算。

Abstract:A highly industrialized new-type precast assembly RC diaphragms is proposed, and the construction characteristics of which is introduced. The force condition of the new-type diaphragm system is very complicated and a huge influence on the seismic behavior of the whole structure is caused by the in-plane mechanical properties of this new-type floor system. In-plane rigidity calculation method of precast floor is introduced and the rigidity of the newtype diaphragm is evaluated. The space structure analysis is carried out for the new diaphragms based on response spectrum theory and numerical analysis, and the in-plane mechanical feature and failure mechanism of the new type floor system are studyed and the design method of the new diaphragm is discussed. The analysis results show that : the constraction measure can effectively enhance the integrity and in-plane rigid of the new-type precast floor system, the relative deflection of the model diaphragm under horizontal seismic action of 8 degree is rather small. Because using Eraplaying current code of PRC to design the new-type diaphragm system is not rational, so that space vibration model of series-parallel lumped mass system considering the floor's real rigidity or modified simplified methods utilizing rigid diaphragm assumption are proposed for seismic design of this new-type diaphragm system.
