圆钢管法兰连接承载性能的有限元分析

摘    要:法兰连接是钢管结构中常见的连接形式。圆钢管的法兰盘连接可以分为无加劲肋和有加劲肋两种形式。国外的相关资料中只有圆管无肋条件下的法兰盘厚度计算公式,国内有关法兰盘连接计算方法的规程尚未正式出台。针对圆钢管法兰盘连接,在由屈服线理论推导得到的理论公式基础上,对其承载性能进行了有限元分析。通过分析有限元计算结果,对理论公式进行了修正和改进,得到更为合理的设计方法。

Abstract:Flange connectionis commonin steel tube structures.Bothflexible flanges and rigidflanges can be used in circular-tube structures.But no design method for flanges is givenin domestic or foreign standards.On the basis of theoretical formula deduced by yield line theory,the FEManalysis on loading capacity of flange connection is carried out.The more rational design method is developed by si mplifying the theoretical formula.
