摘    要:制备了缺铁、正分、过铁配方的镍锌功率铁氧体材料,分析了其损耗频率特性、损耗温度特性.发现在0.5MHz以下该材料的损耗机理主要是磁滞损耗,在0.5MHz以上主要是磁滞后效损耗.当铁含量改变时NiZn铁氧体具有不同的最低损耗温度,一般而言正分配方具有最高的最低损耗温度,缺铁配方次之,过铁配方具有最低的最低损耗温度.

Abstract:The NiZn ferrite materials with excess iron, stoichiometric iron and deficiency iron were prepared. Their frequency and temperature dependence of loss was analyzed. We find that the loss-mechanism of the material is hysteresis loss below 0.5MHz and hysteresis-aftereffect loss above 0.5MHz mainly. While the content of iron changes the materials have different temperatures at which the lowest loss occours, Generally material with stoichiometric iron has the highest temperature at which the lowest loss occours, then the deficiency iron one, and last the excess iron one.
