摘    要:以 Fe2 (SO4 ) 3和 K2 S2 O8为复配催化剂 ,对丙酸和正丁醇为原料合成丙酸正丁酯的反应进行了研究。探讨了催化剂用量、醇酸化、反应时间等对酯产率的影响。结果表明 :在正丁醇用量为 0 .12 5 m ol的情况下 ,以苯为带水剂 ,Fe2 (SO4 ) 3和 K2 S2 O8为催化剂 ,催化剂用量为 1.4 g,醇酸摩尔比为 1∶ 2 ,反应时间为 1.5 h,常压下 ,收集14 0~ 14 5 .5℃的馏分 ,酯产率达 98.5 %

Abstract:Using ferric sulphate and potassium persulfate as mix catalyst, propionic acid and n butyl alcohol as material, the synthesis of butyl propionate was studied. The influence factors, such as amount of catalyst, ratio of n butyl alcohol and propionic acid, and the reaction time, were also studied. The results showed that under the optimum conditions, the yield of esterification was up to 98.5%.
