| 摘 要： | 从人才培养方案的要求和社会对土木工程人才的需求出发，论述了《房屋建筑学》课程设计环节存在的问题，提出了改革思路，并在实际教学中进行验证，收到了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the demand of training program for civil engineering and the requirements of social,the problems in curriculum design for housing architecture were discussed,and then the innovation to those problems was brought up to direct teaching and the results turned out that it achieved good results. |
