地热井射流式冲击器冲击回转钻进的分流试验研究

摘    要:液动冲击器冲击回转钻进技术应用于地热井钻进中,可以数倍提高钻进速度。但由于钻进工艺要求,钻进中泵量高,钻压大,泥浆固相含量高,对冲击器工作影响很大。研究分流对冲击器的影响,采用分流技术,改善流量过大对冲击器的负面影响,提高冲击器工作稳定性,提高钻进效率,推动液动锤冲击回转技术在地热井钻进中的应用。

Abstract:The percussion and rotary drilling of hydraulic impactor may heighten drilling velocity several times, when it is been applying in drilling geothermic well. However, because of the requirement of drilling technique, the flux of water pump is high,drilling pressure is great,and solid content is high in mud.That affects greatly impactor working.That researching the split - flow effect on impactor and adapting splitting technique can improve great flux negative effect on impactor, improves the working stability of impactor and its drilling efficiency,and generate the application the rotary- percussive drilling of hydraulic hammer in geothermic well.
