烧结助剂LY含量对气压烧结Si3N4陶瓷性能的影响

摘    要:本研究采用二步气压烧结工艺,系统地研究了烧结助剂LY(La2O3+Y2O3)对Si3N4陶瓷的烧结密度及抗弯强度的影响,发现相对密度随助剂含量的增加而增加。在助剂含量为18wt%时,抗弯强度最大为422MPa。此后,助剂含量继续增加时,抗弯强度下降。

Abstract:or two-step GPS Si_3N_4 ceramics,the effects of the additional content of sintered aids LY( La_2 O_3+ Y_2O_3)on the sintered relative density and the mechanical properties were studied systematically. The re-sults revealed that the sintered relative density increased with the incrcasing of the amount of the aids.It was founded that the best bending strength was 422 MPa when aids was 18 wt%. Then,with the increas-ing of aids,the bending strength began to decrease remarkably.
