| 摘 要： | 通过对ASFA306并条机机械结构的介绍,分析了并条机控制系统的工艺要求,设计了基于可编程控制器、变频器、人机界面的控制系统,提高了控制系统的可靠性。变频调速启动平稳,调速方便。采用触摸屏,实现人机对话,设有故障显示功能,利于迅速排除故障,提高机器运转率。

| Abstract: | After introducing the structure of ASFA306 type drawing machine,the required processes of control system are analyzed.And the control system composed of PLC,transducer and man-machine interface is designed.In this way the reliability of control system is improved greatly.The transducer has the peculiarities of starting stabilization and timing convenience.Using interface realizes man-machine conversation.The function of malfunction display is favorable to eliminate the errors rapidly.More it can increase the application of machine. |
