摘    要:采用铜质和铁质丝束电极研究了涤纶薄膜在5%氯化钠溶液中的电化学不均匀性.研究表明,拉伸及未拉伸的涤纶薄膜,其电位分布是不均匀的,拉伸可提高涤纶薄膜电位分布的均匀性,减小电位的分布区间.拉伸在一定程度上可提高涤纶薄膜电位分布的总体水平.经拉伸的涤纶薄膜在一定的浸泡时间内仍维持电子导体的特性.采用丝束电极,可以对拉伸状态涤纶薄膜电化学不均匀性的影响进行研究.

Abstract:In this paper, influence of strength on electrochemical inhomogeneity of PET film is studied by using wire beam electrode. It is pointed out that the distribution of corrosion potential of PET film with and without strength is inhomogeneous. Strength could improve the homogeneity of the distribution of corrosion potential, decrease the range of potential distribution, increase the average of corrosion potential of PET film. In addition, strength could keep the film as electronic conductor with in a certain span of time. It is suggested that wire beam electrode could be developed to study the influence of strength on electrochemical inhomogeneity of PET film.
