摘    要:提出用正己烷萃取,气相色谱法电子捕获检测器同时测定地表水中α-六六六,β-六六六,γ-六六六,δ-六六六,七氯,环氧七氯,p,p’-DDE,p,p’-DDD,p,p’-DDT,硫丹Ⅰ,硫丹Ⅱ,艾氏剂,狄氏剂,异狄氏剂,异狄氏剂醛,硫丹硫酸酯,甲氧滴滴涕等17种有机氯农药的方法。考察了萃取溶剂种类、萃取溶剂体积、盐析效应对分析结果的影响。当水样取样体积200mL时,检出限在0.01μg/L~0.08μg/L之间,基体加标回收率68.8%~98.8%,相对标准偏差〈8%,测定方法准确度高,精密度好,简便快捷

Abstract:A novel determination method for 17 Organo-chlorine Pesticides in Surface Water has been established.Sample was extracted with n-hexane and determined by Gas Chromatography-electron capture detector.The infiuencing factors such as type and volume of extracting solvent,salt effect were discussed.When the sample volume was 200L,the detection limits were between 0.01μg/L and 0.08μg/L.The average recoveries ranged from 68.8% to 98.8% and the relative standard deviations were less than 8%.The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,it can be easily implemented for monitoring 17 Organo-chlorine Pesticides in Surface Water.
