全球化的趋势给中国景观设计的发展带来繁荣的同时，也使很多设计失去了地域和传统特色。通过东南大学景观学科一系列根植于传统的景观设计实践阐述了中国景观设计本土创造融合中国古典园林传统和现代景观文化的理念、途径和方法。

From Tradition and Towards Future:Ideas and Practices of Indigenous Landscape Design

Although Chinese landscape architecture grasps an opportunity of prosperous development under globalization,it faces a condition of losing its own regional and traditional characters.With the practices oriented to tradition by Dongnan University as an example,this paper expounds the ideas,strategies and means of indigenous landscape design in China,which integrates the tradition of Chinese classical gardens and modern culture of landscape.
