| 摘 要： | 阐述了管道工厂化配制工艺流程及其优越性，通过工厂化配管在电站管道施工中的应用及其经济效益分析，论证了其在工程应用的可行性，可节省大量原材料和施工费用，缩短安装工期，经济效益显著。建议在管道工程量同样占相当比重的我国石化工程管道施工建设中应用和推广。

| Abstract: | The process and advantages of prefabrication of pipelines are described,and the applicability of pre-fabrication of pipelines is discussed by analysing its application at power stations and economic results a-chieved, and it is concluded that a lot of raw material and construction expenditures can be saved, and the installation time required can be shortened with considerable economic results achieved. It is also suggested to apply the prefabrication of pipelines technology to the petrochemical construction projects with equivalent a-mount of pipeline work in China. |
