500 kV重冰线路间隔棒运行中的损坏情况及治理

摘    要:通过对四川凉山地区运行的高海拔、重冰区500 kV输电线路因覆冰、脱冰发生四分裂导线翻转、间隔棒损坏等问题的分析研究,提出了试用新十字防震型间隔棒、调整上下层子导线张力差、调整线路次档距等措施以改善线路的抗冰害能力,减少导线扭转、间隔棒损坏等情况发生的可行整改措施,对保障二滩500 kV输电线路的安全运行具有重要意义,也对其它高海拔、重冰区超高压输电线路的建设和运行具有指导意义。介绍了在四川凉山地区试用新十字防震型间隔棒两年后的良好运行经验,目前已在四川、华中电网新建500kV重冰区段线路中大量运用。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing such problems as turning over of conductors on quad bundled, spacer damage etc, some feasible countermeasures, which are helpful to improve the icing damage resisting capacity of transmission lines, reduce the situation of wire torsion and spacer damage, are put forward, that is, trying out the new cross anfiseismie spacers, rectifying the tension difference between the upper and the lower sub- conductors, adjusting the line, subspans and so on. Two- year operating experiences of the new cross anfiseismic spacers used in Liangshan region of Sichuan are also introduced. It is of great significance for the safe operation of Ertan 500 kV transmission lines and for the construction and operation of EHV transmission lines in other high altitude and heavy ice areas.
