硅酸铝纤维分散性的影响因素及提高方法

摘    要:该文研究了硅酸铝纤维的分散性能。实验表明,对硅酸铝纤维进行切断和除渣的预处理,可有效地提高纤维的分散性能;在硅酸铝纤维中加入分散剂,是提高纤维在水中分散性能的最有效的方法,有利于提高纸张的匀度、抗张强度和撕裂度,有利于改善成纸性能。

Abstract:The dispersibility of alumino-silicate fibers was studied in this paper. The results show that the fiber dispersibility can be significantly improved by cutting off the fibers and separating waste products from the fibers. The employment of dispersant is the most efficient method to enhance the dispersibility of alumino-silicate fibers in water. It improves the formation,tensile strength and tearing strength of paper as well as other paper properties.
