| 摘 要： | 我国正处于城市化快速发展的阶段，每年新增城镇人口1900万人左右，其中外来务工人员是城市新增人口的主要来源之一。苏州作为一个外向型经济特色十分明显的城市，外来务工人员更是以井喷之势猛增。这些外来务工人员作为推动城市化进程的举足轻重的角色，对苏州经济社会的发展起到了积极的促进作用，使整个城市社会面貌也因此经历着巨大的改变。

Three Troubles and Guarantee for Immigrant Workers Housing in Suzhou City |

| Abstract: | Suzhou is a city with the obvious characteristics of export-oriented economy.Its immigrant workers is now growing fast,but at present,there exist some problems such as poor living condition,weak housing consumption power and irregular housing market.How to improve and enhance the living condition for those immigrant workers? It has an important strategic significance to promote health urbanization,maintain a harmonious and stable society and realize the urban-rural coordinated development. |
