摘    要:介绍了鞍钢11号高炉开炉后的炉况,包括高炉炉料结构和高炉冷却壁破损情况等,重点介绍了采用大批重布料制度后对炉顶温度、煤气流分布和炉体热负荷所带来的影响。生产实践表明,采用大批重布料制度后,煤气流分布合理,高炉一直稳定运行。

Abstract:This paper introduces the furnace conditions after blowing-in for No.11 BF of Angang,including the burden constitution and damaged status of the cooling stave,and also describes some effects of the large batch distribution schedule on the top temperature,gas flow distribution and heat load of the furnace body.Actual operating results of the BF show that the gas flow distribution is reasonable and suitable and the BF keeps operating smoothly.
