数控机床数字交流主轴伺服系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种单片微机控制的高性能交流异步电机矢量控制主轴伺服系统。该系统能够使电机在整个调速范围内平滑稳定地运转,噪声低、振动小且具有主轴定向控制及机床必须的其他功能,可广泛满足通用数控机床、加工中心、电机内装式电主轴单元和其他高精度调速的要求。

Abstract:A digital vector control variable frequency speed regulating system for the AC spindle driver is presented. This system uses 80C196KC as main controller and intelligent power module (IPM) as inverter switches. Experimental results show that spindle motor can run smoothly with low noise andvibration in the whole range of motor speed due to the excellent speed adjusting characteristics. Spindle orientation and many other specific functions for NC machine tools are also provided.
