| 摘 要： | 本文用高效液相色谱法，采用Ｌｉｃｈｒｏｓｏｒｂ Ｓｉ－６０色谱柱，以乙醚／石油醚（１．４／９８．６）为流动相，邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯为内标，在同一色谱条件下同时测定２０％辛氰乳油中辛硫磷与氰戊菊酯的含量。本方法快速而准确，辛硫磷和氰戊菊酯的变异系数分别为０．８１％与０．３１％，平均回收率分别可达９８．７４％与９９．９０％。

| Abstract: | Phoxim and fenvalerate in 20% phoxim-fenvalerateemulsion were determined by high performance liquid chro-matography simultaneously in same chromatographic condi-tions,with a chromatographic column of LiChrosorb SI-60, amobile phase of ether/petroleum ether(1.4/98.6)and an in- ternal standard sample of phthalic diisooctyl ester.The varia-tion coefficients of phoxim and fenvalerate were 0.81% and0. 31% respectively in this method,and their average recoveryrates were 98.74% and 99.90% respectively. |
