摘    要:亮度增益作为像增强器的重要参数,表征了对辐射能量的转换特性。针对其测试原理,提出了基于高灵敏度低噪声CCD图像传感器的亮度增益测试方法,在CCD光电响应非线性校正的基础上,设计了亮度增益自动测试系统。测试结果表明:该测试系统自动化程度高、测试数据准确可靠。最后,讨论了影响测试精度的因素。

Abstract:Brightness gain is an important parameter which can attribute the radiant energy's conversion characteristic of the image intensifier.Aiming at its testing principle,a new method to test the image intensifier's brightness gain is put forward based on the high sensitivity and low noise CCD image sensor,and the system to test brightness gain automatically is designed after the nonlinear correction of CCD's photoelectric response.Test results show that the test system is highly automatic and the data are accurate and reliable.At last,the factors which can effect the testing accuracy are discussed.
