HDPE/高岭土复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:用硅烷类偶联剂(KH-570)和高分子偶联剂处理高岭土,研究了高岭土疏水值的变化;制备了高岭土/HDPE复合材料,研究了材料的力学性能。结果表明:在HDPE中填充用偶联剂处理的高岭土,可起到增韧增强作用,其中KH-570的最佳用量为2%,高分子偶联剂的最佳用量为1%;在相同用量时,高分子偶联剂处理的高岭土比KH-570处理的高岭土具有更好的增韧增强效果。

Abstract:KH 570 and a kind of macromolecule coupling agent are trented with Kaolin particles, the relationship is studied between hydrophobicity and the content of coupling agent. Kaolin/HDPE composites are prepared, and whose mechanical properties are examined. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites can be improve in some extent when Kaolin particles are treated with coupling agent, and the best proportion of KH 570 is 2%, while macromolecule coupling agent is 1%; the macromolecule coupling agent is better than KH 570 at same content when it is used to treat with Kaolin particles.
