基于FRAM的双通道励磁系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了铁电存储器的特性,并提出了利用铁电存储器作为数据缓冲器的双通道励磁系统的设计.给出了系统的接口电路和软件实现方案.试验结果表明,该系统具有方便、快捷的数据传输、方法简单和优良的系统性能.

Abstract:In this paper, the characteristics of FRAM was introduced, and the design of dual channel excitation control system based on FRAM was presented, which can make data communication by FRAM. The design of interface circuit and software of the system was given. The experiment results indicate that the system features convennient and fast data transmission, simple method and fine system performance.
