| 摘 要： | 阐述了计划经济体制下开工的最后一个指令性工程——宝珠寺水电站在体制转换过程中遇到的矛盾，以及对体制转换后成功地实现了电站按期投产发电、成功地控制了工程造价、完成了移民搬迁等系列经验作了总结，以期对今后四川水电的进一步开发与建设提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes contradictions met in system conversion period for the Baozhusi hydropower station which is the last mandatory project under planned economy system . Experience is gained in putting the power station into operation in time , limiting project cost and finishing the resettlement works after system conversion to provide useful reference for future hydropower development and construction in Sichuan province. |
