WR-300取代HS-88-3的技术及经济效果分析

摘    要:介绍了WR-300电泳漆的技术特点,并与HS-88-3电泳漆的技术特点进行比较。通过大量的混槽试验,选择了在技术上可行、经济上合理的直接置换方法。在近一年补加WR-300电泳漆的过程中,对电泳各项工艺参数及漆膜性能指标进行了跟踪和检测分析,并对混槽结果进行了总结。

Abstract:The technological characteristics of WR-300 electrophoretic paint are introduced in comparing with those of HS-88-3 electrophoretic paint.A reasonable direct replacement process is selected based on experiments during adding fresh WR-300 electrophoretic paint in almost one year,the parameters of electrophoretic bath process and performance film index of are traced and analyzed.The economic benefit of substituting HS-88-3 by WR-300 is summarized.
