FCS与DCS混合式集成控制系统研究

摘    要:针对不同控制系统的兼容和升级问题,通过分析FCS和DCS两种控制方式的优缺点,提出了混合式集成控制系统,并从FCS和DCS输入输出总线的集成、FCS和DCS网络的集成、FCS和DCS的系统集成三个方面进行了阐述.通过基于CAN现场总线的多轴超声检测系统,对混合式集成控制系统进行了应用分析.FCS/DCS的混合式集成控制系统方便了原有控制系统的升级,并且提高了系统的可靠性.

Abstract:Because of incompatibility between different control system, the upgrade of control system is difficult. Through analyse the relative merits of FCS and DCS, Composite control system was developed. The composite models of FCS and DCS had three part, it was I/O composite, network composite and system composite. The composite control system was validated by multi spindle ultrasonic detection system. CAN bus was introduced in this test system. Composite control system helped to the upgrade of old control system and improved its reliability.
