甲醇水蒸气重整制氢催化反应的研究

摘    要:研究以共沉淀法制备Cu/Al2 O3 催化剂催化甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应过程 ,得到低温高活性和高氢选择性催化剂。当铜质量分数为 30 9%时 ,催化剂活性最好 ,在 2 5 0℃反应时 ,甲醇转化率为 77 4 % ,产气中氢摩尔分数等于75 % ,CO摩尔分数小于 10 0× 10 6。另外 ,反应工艺条件如反应温度、水醇比、还原气氛对催化剂性能有很大影响

Abstract:Catalytic production of hydrogen by steam reforming of methanol on a series of coprecipitated Cu/Al 2O 3 catalysts under atmospheric pressure in a microreactor over a reaction temperature range of 180~300 ℃ has been studied.The results show that the catalysts display good activity for methanol conversion and high selectivity for hydrogen.Maximum conversion of methanol 77 4mol% and product gas with 75 mol% H 2 and 63ppm CO gas were obtained in the steam reforming reaction at 250 ℃ with the catalyst containing 30 9 wt% copper.In addition,reaction temperature,feed ratio and reducing gas have evident effects on the catalyst performances.
