| 摘 要： | 利用不同游离度(CSF)的杨木P-RC APMP进行配抄,研究了各种高CSF浆(骨架浆)和低CSF浆(填充浆)的配比对成纸性能的影响,并探讨了一定强度下的高松厚度浆料的最佳配比.结果表明,最佳配比为:填充浆CSF 60 mL,骨架浆CSF 600 mL,配比0 14∶1,在此条件下的混合浆与CSF480mL填充浆对比,所得成纸的松厚度提高14％,抗张强度和内结合强度分别有一定的提高.

| Abstract: | It is a difficult job to balance the strength property and bulk of the paper using chemi-mechanical pulp as furnish.The effect of the different ratios of the P-RC APMP pulps with different freeness on paper property was studied in this paper.The results indicated that the mixed pulp containing 14 parts of the filler pulp with 60 mL CSF and 100 parts of the backbone pulp with 600 mL CSF can make the paper with reasonably good strength and balk properties.Compared to the paper made of filler pulp with 480 mL ... |
