| Abstract: | Four frequeritly encountered problems during the startup of an air separation unit are introduced,including the pressure fluctuation in air compressor, interlock shutdown due to o.ver high water level in aircooling tower, inlet gas flux fluctuation in plate-fin heat exchanger and overlaping liquid accumulation with purity adjustment. The corresponding solutions are also proposed, followed by a presentation of the operation experience. |
