浅谈"教授治校"与我国高等教育治理

“教授治校”有利于贯彻党的“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的学术方针,有利于更好地贯彻党委领导下的校(院)长负责制,有利于促进我国基层民主政治建设。“教授治校”的主要途径包括转变高校党政领导方式,提高行政管理水平;改进现有制度,树立“教授也是管理主体”的意识;修改有关法律法规,为“教授治校”提供法律保证。“教授治校”属于我国高等教育治理的重要内容,同时又是一把“双刃剑”,只有正确处理好“权力”与“学术”之间的关系,才能使我国高等教育治理不断走向深入。

Discussion on professor - participation in administration and the improvement of the higher education

The approach of letting professors participate in administration is advantageous for carrying out the academic principle of letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend,for the regime of holding main responsibility of the college president under the Party Committee,and promoting the democratic and political development in the basic unit of our county. This approach generally includes: transforming the patterns in the Party Committee and administration of colleges and universities; improving the administration levels; changing the personnel frame; establishing the sense of professors also to be one of the administrative organs; revising some laws and statutes so as to provide the guarantee for letting professors participate in administration to be carried on. This approach is not only chief contents but also just like a sword with two blades in putting colleges and universities in good order. Only when the relationship between the 'power' and 'learning' is properly dealt with may the development of higher education go further.
