碾压式堆石坝坝体料压实标准研究

摘    要:分析碾压式堆石坝堆石料压实过程中堆石性质、级配、施工机械、铺筑厚度、压实遍数、加水量、气候条件等对压实的影响 .对工程中采用孔隙率作为堆石料的压实标准进行讨论 ,认为堆石料的压实与级配、小于 5mm的细粒含量、压实功能和加水有关 ,同时分析了软岩、砂砾料等其它坝体料的压实影响因素 ,对用相对密实度作为砂砾料的压实标准进行了讨论 .

Discussion on Standard for Compaction of Materials for Rolled Rockfill Dams

Abstract:Analyzed are some factors affecting compaction of rockfills, such as rockfill characteristics and gradation, construction machinery, rockfill thickness, times of compaction, amount of water, climate, and so on. A discussion is made on the case, that the porosity is taken as the compaction standard. Under such a condition, it is considered that the effect of compaction is affected by gradation, content of fine grains (smaller than 5mm in diameter), compaction function, and amount of water. In addition, factors affecting the compaction of soft rock and sandy gravel are analyzed. Moreover, another case is taken into account, in which the relative compactness is taken as the compaction standard.
