摘    要:为获得低成本且机械性能优良的矿用聚氨酯加固材料,采用3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)偶联剂对粉煤灰(FA)进行改性,并将改性FA与聚氨酯(PU)复合,制备出PU/FA复合加固材料。不同质量分数GPTMS改性PU/FA复合加固材料的抗压强度测试结果表明,其最佳改性质量分数为2.5%。系统研究了复合材料固化过程中GPTMS改性对PU/FA加固材料的断裂、弯曲和粘结性能的影响,发现经改性后的PU/FA复合材料的断裂韧度提高了10.1%,最大弯曲强度提高了8.8%,粘结强度提高了19.3%。采用扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的微观形貌进行分析,结果表明GPTMS偶联剂可以改善PU/FA复合材料的机械性能。

Abstract:In order to obtain low-cost and excellent mechanical properties of polyurethane reinforcement materials for coal mine, the silane coupling agent 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) was used to modify fly ash (FA) and then compound with polyurethane (PU) to prepare PU/FA composite reinforcement material. The compressive strength test results of PU/FA composite reinforced materials modified by GPTMS with different mass fractions showed that the best modified quality fraction was 2.5%. The effect of GPTMS modification on the fracture, bending and bonding properties of PU/FA reinforced material during the curing process was systematically studied, and it was found that the fracture toughness, maximum bending strength and the bond strength of the modified PU/FA composite material increased by 10.1%, 8.8% and 19.3% respectively. Scanning electron microscope was used to analyze the microscopic morphology of the composites, the results showed that GPTMS coupling agent could improve the mechanical properties of PU/FA composites.
