摘    要:制备了CuO/活性炭(AC)复合材料,并研究了它对废水中Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。利用X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱分析仪、带能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对CuO/AC结构进行了表征,结果表明,复合材料颗粒平均粒径25~31 nm。考察了pH值、温度和Mo(Ⅵ)初始浓度等因素对CuO/AC吸附性能的影响,并研究了其吸附热力学和动力学规律,结果表明,在pH=6、温度50℃时,CuO/AC的饱和吸附量为391.60 mg/g;CuO/AC复合材料对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附过程符合Langmuir方程和准二级动力学模型,吸附过程为自发吸热过程。

Abstract:The CuO/AC composite material was prepared and its property of adsorption of Mo(Ⅵ) in wastewater was investigated. The CuO/AC structure was characterized by X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy with energy spectrometer, and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the average particle size of composite is 25~31 nm. The effects of pH, temperature and initial concentration of Mo(Ⅵ) on the adsorption performance of CuO/AC were investigated, and the thermodynamics and kinetics of adsorption were also studied. The results show that the saturated adsorption capacity of CuO/AC can reach 391.60 mg/g at 50 ℃ with pH of 6; the adsorption process of Mo(Ⅵ) on CuO/AC composite conforms to Langmuir equation and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and is a spontaneous endothermic process.
