钼尾矿的物性测试和热活化研究

摘    要:以陕西洛南黄龙铺矿区浮选后的钼尾矿资源为研究对象,通过物性测试研究了其煅烧特性,考察了粒度、煅烧温度、煅烧时间等因素对钼尾矿煅烧失重率和热活化效果的影响。结果表明,该钼尾矿属高硅尾矿,主要物相为石英、方解石、白云石、伊利石和绿泥石等,金属矿物呈现不规则嵌生其颗粒内部,平均粒度为120.23μm;在钼尾矿粒径-74μm、煅烧温度600℃、锻烧时间60 min条件下,钼尾矿失重率为4.2%,煅烧性能较好;在钼尾矿粒径-74μm、煅烧温度600℃、锻烧时间80 min条件下,钼尾矿的碱溶浸出(Si+Al)浓度达到542 mg/L。本研究结果可为综合利用钼尾矿提供基础理论依据。

Abstract:As for the molybdenum tailings after flotation process in the Huanglongpu mine in Luonan of Shaanxi Province, physical property tests were performed to study the calcination characteristics, and the influence of particle size, calcination temperature, calcination time on weight loss rate and thermal activation of molybdenum tailings during the calcination were investigated. The results show that the molybdenum tailings are high-silica tailings, with calcite, dolomite, illite and chlorite as its dominant phases. Metallic minerals appear to be irregularly embedded within the grains, with an average particle size of 120.23 μm. With the particle size of -74 μm, the molybdenum tailings was subjected to the calcination at 600 ℃ for 60 min, leading to the weight loss rate of 4.2%, showing a good calcination performance; with the particle size of -74 μm, the molybdenum tailings was subjected to calcination at 600 ℃ for 80 min, and the alkaline leaching (Si+Al) concentration of molybdenum tailings reached 542 mg/L. This research results can provide a basic theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of molybdenum tailings.
