| 摘 要： | 以刚果(金)某铜钴湿法冶炼企业成本控制实例为依据,从强化基层岗位成本意识、落实生产细节成本控制、总结梳理和堵塞成本漏洞等方面对矿业企业成本控制进行了探讨和总结,指出企业应强化基层员工成本意识,利用一系列因地制宜的成本控制方法,加强细节控制,实现精细化成本控制。

| Abstract: | A copper and cobalt hydrometallurgical enterprises in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) was taken as an example in the cost control analysis. Based on the discussion, several measures were proposed, including strengthening the cost awareness of staffs at grassroots post, implementation of production cost control, timely untangling and plugging loopholes in the production cost, etc. It is finally pointed out that enterprises should implement a series of appropriate cost-control methods based on strengthening both cost awareness of grassroots employees and details control, so as to achieve refined cost control. |
