齐大山露天矿高陡边坡动态预警方法研究

摘    要:露天矿边坡在开采扰动作用下,其内部卸荷裂隙不断发育,会直接导致边坡覆岩力学强度参数劣化,致使边坡的稳定性动态变化。基于岩体劣化本构模型,通过力学计算判断边坡岩体力学状态,自动获取岩体力学强度参数值,再通过强度折减法进行边坡稳定性的动态实时评价。以鞍钢矿业齐大山露天矿高陡边坡扩帮开采为工程背景,结合边坡的GPS变形观测数据,将边坡位移与动态安全系数一一对应,利用神经网络与数值模拟建立一套基于边坡变形的安全系数动态评价方法,可以实现边坡的实时预警。

Abstract:Under the action of mining disturbance, the internal unloading fissures of slope in surface mine develop continuously, which will directly lead to the deterioration of the overburden mechanical strength parameters of the slope. In this paper, based on the constitutive model of rock mass deterioration, the mechanical state of slope rock mass is judged through mechanical calculation, and the mechanical strength parameter value of rock mass is automatically obtained, then the dynamic real-time evaluation of slope stability is carried out by strength reduction method. Taking the expansion extraction of high and steep slope in Qidashan Surface Mine of Ansteel Mining Group Co., Ltd., as the engineering background, combined with the GPS deformation observation data of the slope, the displacement of the slope and the dynamic safety factor are one-to-one corresponded. A set of safety factor dynamic evaluation method based on slope deformation is established by using neural network and numerical simulation, which can realize real-time warning of slope.
